According to Energy Today. the former Deputy General Manager for crude oil Products marketing has designated as Director of International Affairs of NIOC.
Seyed Mohsen Ghamsari gave the place to Saeid Khoshro.
Director of International Affairs of NIOC presides over selling country`s oil.
