Russia to Start Talking to Oil Firms About Extending OPEC Deal

Russia will soon start consultations with its own oil producers about the possibility of extending an output cut deal with OPEC. the TASS news agency quoted Russian Energy Minister Alexander Novak as saying on Tuesday.
A final decision will depend on how the situation in the oil market develops in April and on forecasts for May and June. said Novak.
