Russian Commitment to OPEC Deal Reach 95%

The Russian energy minister said that his country’s compliance with the output cut deal supported by the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) reached 95.2% in April.

“Russia is fully committed to bringing balance to the oil market and limiting the factors which bring production volatility.“ Alexander Novak was quoted by Reuters.

Crude oil production in Russia amounted to 10.97 million barrels a day last month.
