The operator of phase 13 of the supergiant South Pars gas field said the remaining two platforms of the offshore project would be installed by the end of the current calendar year to March 20. 2020.
Payam Motamed told that the platforms B and D of the phase would be installed in their offshore location within the next four months.
He said that Platform C of the phase was operational and Platform A would become operational early next calendar year.
In 2015. the platform which was 91% ready for inauguration was hit by a Singaporean vessel and was severely damaged.
Phase 13 is being developed in the joint massive gas field for production of 56 mcm d of rich gas. 75.000 b d of gas condensate. 400 tons day of sulfur and annually 1.1 million tons year of Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) and 1 million tons year of ethane.
