Iranian Oil Minister Bijan Zanganeh will meet OPEC’s Secretary General Mohammad Barkindo at 10.30 a.m. (0930 GMT). a source with knowledge of the matter said on Thursday. Zanganeh did not speak to reporters upon arrival in Vienna for the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) summit.
