OPEC Seeking to Reach Consensus on Output Cut Extension

OPEC is seeking to achieve consensus agreement before a meeting on Nov. 30 about extending a global pact to curb oil production. OPEC Secretary General Mohammad Barkindo said on Tuesday.
He said discussions were now focused on the duration of any extension in the pact. which is due to expire at the end of March.
