PETROL to Develop Melamine Park in Urmia

Iranian Investment Petrochemical Group (PETROL) has signed an agreement to develop a melamine production park in the northeastern province of Urmia.

The agreement was signed in a meeting with Urmia governor and the representative of Urmian people in the Iranian parliament.

Rasoul Ashrafzadeh. PETROL CEO. signed the document to developed the IRR 7.450 billion project in a 36-month period.

The park will be located besides Urmia Petrochemical Plant and is expected to employ 950 people directly and 2.900 others indirectly.
