No Disruption in South Pars Production despite COVID-19 Outbreak

The CEO of Pars Oil and Gas Company (POGC) said the spread of coronavirus had not interrupted gas production from the South Pars joint gas field.

According to POGC, Mohammad Meshkinfam paid a visit to Assaluyeh and Kangan gas districts, where the gas recovered from South Pars is processed, and learned about the latest developments in the operations.

He said the spread of the virus had not interrupted activities in the field, adding all the activities were going on in accordance with safety and health standards.
