Implementation of the project for transfer of water from the Persian Gulf and Oman Sea to Kerman Province will help development of the province. said First Vice-President Eshaq Jahangiri.
He said the main obstacle Kerman Province is facing on its way for further development is the scarcity of water resources.
“The project to transfer sea water from the Persian Gulf and Sea of Oman to Kerman Province is going to be a successful plan and in case it is viable. the project could be served as a role model for other provinces.” the First Vice- President said.
The government is going to use all in its capacity to address the shortage of water in Kerman. Jahangiri said
