Consequences of Leaking Iran`s Secret Nuclear Documents

A senior lawmaker warned that any leakage of secret nuclear documents related to Iran`s nuclear program by US President Donald Trump will damage the reputation of the International Atomic Energy Agency.
“If Trump wants to publish confidential documents exchanged between Iran and the International Atomic Energy Agency. it will in fact constitute a violation of the agency’s obligations. because the agency has been committed not to make Iran’s confidential nuclear information and documents available to any country. including the US.” Boroujerdi said.
Boroujerdi said that the IAEA had promised not to allow any information to be leaked about the JCPOA. adding. Iran welcomes the release of any confidential document. because it will reaffirm the Islamic Republic`s rightfulness and commitment.
In relevant remarks on Saturday. EU Foreign Policy Chief Federica Mogherini declared that the administration of the new US president has assured her that Washington will fully implement the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action.
Mogherini made the remarks on Saturday after her Friday meeting with US Secretary of State Rex Tillerson in Washington.
I was reassured by what I heard in the meetings on the intention to stick to the full implementation of the agreement. the EU foreign policy chief told reporters.
He underlined that the administration of (US President) Donald Trump has given her assurances that Washington will be committed to following up the 2015 nuclear agreement.
The European Union acted as coordinator for the negotiations in the lead-up to the JCPOA.
Iran and the six world powers started implementing the JCPOA on January 16. 2016.
In relevant remarks on Tuesday. First Vice President Eshaq Jahangiri underlined that Iran has fulfilled its commitments under the JCPOA.
Iran is bound to international agreements with the world states. but it will not retreat from its principles. Jahangiri said. addressing a ceremony in Southern Iran.
The Iranian first vice president said that after repeated defeats in the region. big powers are trying to sabotage the achievements made by Iran. adding. Enemies are accusing Iran of terrorism by telling downright lies.
Jahangiri said that if you ask the Western powers who the big terrorists are. they will answer the ISIL and al-Qaeda. and in the meantime if you ask these terrorist groups who their major enemy is. they will answer Iran.
