Iran`s oil refining and distribution sector hit the trail of progress in the post-sanction setting. a senior oil official said.
Shahrokh Khosravani. deputy managing director of the National Iranian Oil Products Refining and Destitution Company. said the nuclear deal Iran struck with world powers on its nuclear agenda was pretty instrumental in completion of several refining projects in Iran like Bandar Abbas Gas Condensate Refinery.
The deal is dubbed as the joint comprehensive plan of action or JCPOA.
Once fully operational. the project will render Iran needless of gasoline imports.
Khosravani was speaking on the sidelines of the 22nd Iran International Oil. Gas. Refining and Petrochemical Exhibition (Iran Oil Show-2017) which opened on Saturday at the city`s permanent fairground.
