“Up to now the presence of at least 92 international and foreign high-level delegations has been finalized. and a likely increase is possible in the number of other delegations.“ he noted.
Esmaeli added that 25 delegates from Asia &. Pacific. 26 from Arab and African countries and 30 from Europe and the American continent will attend President Rouhani’s inaugural ceremony on Saturday.
He also announced the presence of 11 delegates of secretaries-general and senior officials from international and regional organizations. adding nine vice presidents and prime ministers. seven deputy speakers. 11 foreign ministers and 35 special envoys. as well as 12 deputy foreign ministers. 6 chairmen of friendship groups and 2 heads of Foreign Policy Commission of the Parliaments will attend the inauguration ceremony of the Iranian president.
Esmaeli underlined that the number of guests attending such a ceremony is unprecedented after the victory of the Islamic Revolution.
Rouhani. who was reelected Iran’s president in May. is to be officially inaugurated for another four years as the country’s chief executive on August 5. Many senior Iranian and foreign dignitaries will attend the swearing-in ceremony for Rouhani at the parliament.
