OPEC Announces Volume of Proven Gas Reserves of Azerbaijan

As at the end of 2017 volume of Azerbaijan’s proven gas reserves made up 1.277.000.000.000 cubic meters. OPEC said in its annual report.

According to the report. world natural gas reserves rose 0.2% to 199.044.000.000.000 cubic meters.

Iran’s proven gas reserves stood at 33.810.000.000.000 cubic meters. Russia’s – at 50.617.000.000.000 cubic meters. Kazakhstan’s – at 1.898.000.000.000 cubic meters. Turkmenistan’s – at 9.838.000.000.000 cubic meters and Qatar’s –at 23.861.000.000.000 cubic meters.
