Kazakhstan may Increase Oil Production in 2019

After OPEC+ decision Kazakhstan has not increased oil production. but can do it in 2019 after it decides on oil production at Kashagan field. said Kanat Bozumbayev. Minister of Energy of Kazakhstan.

`We have the same level within 1.8 mln barrels per day. It will be enough until the end of the year.` he said to the journalists adding that Kazakhstan did not increase the production quota. `By the end of the year we will decide on Kashagan.

By the end of the year we will say what the increase can be.` he said answering the question about oil production increase in 2019.

 According to OPEC+ deal Kazakhstan must lower oil production by 20 000 barrels per day to the level of November 2016. This way Kazakhstan must keep the production level within 1.68 mln barrels per day.

However. Kashagan launch was taken into account and production provision without the damage to the field
