Minerals Top Iran Exports to Turkey

Mining products. valuing more than $400 million. are on the top of Iran`s exported goods to Turkey in the first eight months of the Iranian calendar year (starting March 21).

According to the figures of Iran`s Customs Office. the minerals constituted about 45 percent of Iran`s export to its western neighbor. The weight of the exported minerals was more than 411 thousand tons.

Different kinds of stone. ferro stones. bricks. ceramic. tiles. alumina. coke. zinc. lead. cement. chrome. chromium. and molybdenum are among the exported minerals.

Iran and Turkey`s trade has been about $8.2 billion in the same period.
