The Iranian Oil Minister Bijan Zangeneh is scheduled to leave Tehran for Moscow on April 1 to discuss energy-related matters with his Russian counterpart Alexander Novak.
According to the official website of the Iranian Oil Ministry `SHANA`. Zangeneh is heading to Moscow on Monday to further energy talks between Iran and Russia.
