President Hassan Rouhani hailed the country`s scientific progress. saying Iran`s innovation index climbed to the world`s 61st place from 120th in the span of 7 years.
Rouhani made the remarks at a ceremony commemorating the winners of the 33rd Khwarizmi International Award.
