The Joint Comprehensive Plan Of Action (JCPOA) helped Iran sell much more oil. said Chairman of Parliament Foreign Policy and National Security Commission. Alaeddin Boroujerdi.
He said despite enemies’ economic war against Iran. we were able to increase oil export from 1 b/pd to 2.4 million b/pd by raising exploitation of oil fields. The lawmaker. referring to Iran’s extensive oil and gas reserves. said enemies imposed sanctions to prevent Iran to use its national resources.
Reminding enemies’ efforts to weaken Islamic Republic in the past three decades. he called for enforcement of the policies of the Economy of Resistance. outlined by the Leader of Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei. to resolve the country’s economic problems.
The MP pointed to Iran’s situation before the 1979 Islamic Revolution and said before the Islamic Revolution. Iran could not do anything without foreign powers’ permission but today Iranian youth have the courage to warn the American navies about their getting close to Iranian territory.
He pointed to the role of Lebanese Hezbollah resistance movement in fight against Takfiri terrorist groups and said there is an unprecedented integrity in the resistance front. So. Saudis and their allies cannot save terrorists. he added.
Iran is transferring its experiences to Iraq. Syria and other countries by sending military advisors to these countries. Boroujerdi added.
He underlined that Iran enjoys durable security while many European countries. including France and Germany. are suffering terrorism.
Referring to the US President Donald Trump`s orders and the wide gap between Washington and other world powers. including China. Boroujerdi said all the developments are signs of US decline.
