The CEO of the National Iranian South Oil Company said: With the implementation of new projects in southern oilfields, job opportunities will be created in the country.
According to the National Iranian Oil Company (NIOC), Ahmad Mohammadi said NISOC had various projects in enhance and maintain oil production in the fields it operated southern Iran which would generate jobs for the locals.
NISOC has defined packages for enhancing productivity of 28 oil fields of which 6 packages have become operational creating 1,100 jobs, he said.
Mohammadi also added that once all the packaged became operational, 80 oil rigs would become active in the fields.
