Tehran. Ankara Firm to Boost Tech. Cooperation

Turkish Minister of Industry and Technology Mustafa Varank said his country and Iran are determined to further bolster mutual cooperation in the fields of industry and technology.

“The cooperation of the two countries will be promoted in the fields of industry and technology.“ Varank said on Tuesday. During a meeting with Iranian Vice-President for Science and Technology Sorena Sattari in Ankara.

The bilateral cooperation of the two countries of Iran and Turkey will help boom region in the relevant field. the Turkish minister of industry added.

He further noted that the bilateral cooperation of the two countries in the fields of industry. technology and certain sciences can lead to the expansion and development of cooperation in various fields.

Establishing very close ties and promoting multidimensional cooperation between Iran and Turkey will have a key role in stability and prosperity of the region and also will be in favor of the people of two countries. he emphasized.

Head of the Turkish Scientific and Technological Researches Council Hassan Mandal. in a meeting with Governor General of Iran’s Northwestern province of East Azarbaijan Mohammad Reza Pour-Mohammadi. said that the two sides will promote scientific and technological collaboration in 2019.

A month later. Tehran and Ankara agreed to initiate a move to establish a four-sided treaty that would also include Azerbaijan and Russia to develop a shared market of information technology.
