U.S. Rig Count is down 170 rigs from last year’s count of 602, with oil rigs down 167, gas rigs down 3 and miscellaneous rigs unchanged at 2.
The U.S. Offshore Rig Count is down 3 to 11, down 7 year-over-year.
Canada Rig Count is down 11 from last week to 58, with oil rigs down 5 to 19, gas rigs down 6 to 39.
Canada Rig Count is up 23 rigs from last year’s count of 35, with oil rigs up 13, gas rigs up 10.
