Iran’s Tondgouyan Petrochemical Plant has registered new production records in the previous Iranian calendar year which ended on March 19.
The plant’s output was at 1.08 million tons during the year which showed a 15% year-on-year growth.
Moreover, the facility, as the only supplied of polyethylene terephthalate (PET), raised its sales of the item by 10% from the preceding year and brought it to 630,000 tons.
Also the plant’s PTA-1 production stood at 267,466 tons which was 20% more than the item’s yield in the previous year.
