Iranian Energy Minister Reza Ardakanian said that Tehran and Moocow reached very good and effective agreements during intensive talks between the two countries'. ministers and traders in the past 3 days.

A senior Iranian petroleum ministry official announced on Tuesday that based on a new Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between Tehran and Moscow. the two countries can use each others'. oil and gas industry equipment.
