Spanish oil firm Repsol has announced it has achieved first oil from its deep-water Buckskin project in the Gulf Of Mexico.

The Spanish utility says it will now focus on short term supply.

It also plans to invest more than €100m in renewable energy and storage projects by 2025.

Currently. the largest solar park in Europe is in France and has a capacity of 300 MW.
