American DNA has been dubious and replete with fear when it comes to high oil prices for petro-states. the embedded philosophy behind this fear is rooted in both American strategic culture and the reality and the nature of power. in this context a powerful petro state can be source of challenges for U.S` power6. and a secure and dominant U.S in energy would be capable to deal with the eventual challenges.
