Statistics of the Iranian Mines and Mining Industries Development and Renovation Organization (IMIDRO) showed that mining and mineral industrial sector has earmarked more than one fifth of country’s total export share in the last Iranian calendar year (ended Mar. 20. 2019). 

According to IMIDRO. mining and mineral sector accounted for 16 percent of total exports share. the rate of which hit 21 percent in the last year (ended March 20. 2019).

More than $9.2 billion worth of mineral products was exported from the country in the last year. the report added.
